Data we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, engagement interest, target close month, and the content of your message. If you call or visit, we may record contact details needed to schedule work. Server logs may include IP address and basic browser information for security.

Purposes

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, perform engagements, issue invoices, and improve how we communicate about our close-audit work. We do not sell personal data.

Legal bases

Depending on the context under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, we process data to perform a contract or pre-contractual steps you request, to meet legal obligations (for example accounting records), or on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a professional practice — balanced against your rights.

Retention

Enquiry records that do not become engagements are typically retained for up to 24 months. Engagement files, including relevant personal contacts, are retained for at least seven years to meet professional and accounting record needs, unless a longer period is required by law.

Sharing

We may share data with secure email and document-hosting providers that process information on our instructions, and with professional advisers when required. We do not share data with advertisers.

International transfers

If a service provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law before transfer.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing.
